I'm a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and I love helping people reconnect with their spark - restoring energy, clarity, and radiance through ancient wisdom made simple. My approach is grounded in the time-tested practices of Chinese Medicine - which are simple, yet profoundly powerful.

Many years ago, I burnt out so badly that I ended up in hospital, in an autoimmune crisis. I thought I was doing “all the right things”: daily yoga, smashing smoothies & salads, hustling at the gym, drinking litres of water daily... and I never felt worse.
But, I ignored the warning messages from my body and pushed through pain, swelling, creeping weight gain and crushing fatigue. I didn’t stop - until my body did. That’s when Chinese Medicine transformed my life, from the inside out.
Now, I help others experience that same transformation. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds on this journey - one of learning to trust their bodies, tune into their inner wisdom, and feel deeply at home within themselves. I’m so glad you're here and I'm honoured to walk alongside you.
